Lost USB devices and other storage devices found on library premises

We cannot guarantee the return of any USB devices or other digital storage devices left on the premises. We will keep lost USB devices for a maximum of one week, after which they will be destroyed in accordance with our Information Governance policy.

If your USB device has an identifying mark, for example a name label, it will be easier to return it to you in the event that it is lost. Otherwise, you will need to identify the contents of the device to prove ownership. If there is no identifying mark, and you are unable to confirm the contents of the storage device, we will not be able to return a lost device to you.

Please ensure you take all belongings with you when you leave the building.
